You must agree to all terms and conditions to be able to register. Please be reassured that no information that is provided to Patsy Rowe will be given to any other person, organisation or register. Your privacy is paramount and Patsy will protect it.
- Questions or comments that are deemed inappropriate by Patsy Rowes own definition will be deleted and an email will be sent to you informing you of the reasons why.
- Any comments or behaviour that is degrading or inappropriate whether directed at a fellow user or at Patsy Rowe will not be tolerated.
- All Tips of the Week and the answers that Patsy Rowe provides to any question remains the interlectual property of Patsy Rowe and may not be used for any purposes other than your own private use without express permission from Patsy Rowe.
- Patsy Reserves the right to not answer certain questions and may direct you to one of her etiquette books for the answers you seek.
- Patsy reserves the right to delete your account and restrict your access by means of blocking your IP address, and your email accounts, however this will only happen under severe circumstance.
- Patsy Rowe is providing this service for the benifit of everybody that needs a little advice so Patsy asks all users to show each other respect and support.
